Payment Terms and Conditions

General Information

  1. Italian Embassy Cultural Centre has various payment methods.
    • Online payment option through partnered bank.
    • User can pay by credit/debit card visiting our office.
    • NEFT/RTGS transfer directly to our bank.
    • Bank Draft payment.
  2. All fees must be paid in full.
  3. Receipts for all kind of payments can be collected from the office upon appointment.
  4. Any discrepancy in financial transactions should be brought to the Italian Embassy Cultural Centre for redressal within 7 days. Failing to do so shall be deemed that the payment or any charges incurred are correct and effective.
  5. Italian Embassy Cultural Centre reserves the right to modify service fees and other charges, effective upon posting on the website/social media channels or by sending mails.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Fees once paid, are non-refundable except under extraordinary circumstances with the approval of the Director of IIC, New Delhi.

All users are required to maintain valid payment information on file for the processing of any applicable service fees.

Since no payment is made on any of the webpage of www.italianculture.in, we do not guarantee for the security of cardholder card details or transactions. It is subjected to unavoidable risk.
